Excluding pre-sales, all orders will ship within 3-5 business days. 

For international shipping, some countries and regions may require you to pay additional Customs/Duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed by the shipping carrier and you’ve received tracking information, the delivery of your package is no longer within our responsibility. Please contact your shipping carrier for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. For international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is being kept in customs due to an outstanding customs fee.

If a package has been returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 14 days, your order is Null & Void.

If a package has been marked as "Delivered" and your package is missing, please contact your local post office to further inquire about the package’s location. If your package still doesn't arrive, we can help provide any information you need in order to file a claim.
